Currently in beautiful Portland, Oregon.

That's a lot of time zones. Home has been hard to find.
Sometimes I'm a User Experience Designer for Web Applications. I've worked on some well known sites. Including: The St. Louis Blues, Blogger, Froogle, and with The Robot Co-Op. Alongside countless lesser-known, sometimes never launched, but often interesting, client sites. Both as a freelancer and for a couple of years at Spiral Design Studio.
At one point, UX Designer was all the job I could ever want. I loved the mix of art, empathy, and science.

For the last few years, I've been learning electronic music production. I keep a notebook (mostly of completed tracks and inspirations) at everything.else.solar.
I don't know where I'd be without books. I never went to University. Role models were hard to come by when I was growing up. Little of the wider world was directly accessible to me. Books filled gaps and expanded my horizions. Goodreads.com is where I track what I'm currently reading.
You won't find me on social media. I quit Facebook nearly a decade ago. Instagram a few years after that. Twitter early in 2016. While I certainly miss out on things by not having them, I have never missed them.
